What do you wanna do?
Germans love to spend time outdoors—taking hikes, visiting beer gardens, and so on! No matter the activity, it’s not done in a rush. Five‑hour long dinner, anyone?
Let’s kick it back!
In English, we say I’d like to go to the movies. In German, that second verb goes to the end!
Möchtest du ins Kino gehen?
Would you like to go to the movies?
Ich möchte ins Schwimmbad gehen.
I would like to go to the swimming pool.
Would you like to review?
Of course you would! Notice how the du form ends with ‑est. This is because just ‑st would be impossible to pronounce.

Remember how you use kein before nouns? Kein also changes based on the noun’s gender.
Ich habe keine Zeit.
I don’t have time.
Ich habe kein Geld.
