Oktoberfest
Oktoberfest was originally a huge wedding party thrown by Bavarian royalty for the people of München. It was such a success that the city celebrated it annually. In spite of its name, this festival actually starts in September, not October!

When you have a two‑verb sentence, then the nicht goes before the second verb.
Nein, ich möchte nicht zahlen.
No, I wouldn’t like to pay.
Er kann mich nicht sehen.
He can’t see me.

In English, we say we like them and they like us. Words like ich, du, and wir also change forms!
Du kannst mich sehen.
You can see me.
Ich kann dich sehen.
I can see you.
Sie kann uns nicht sehen.
She can’t see us.
