He’s the tallest!
在中文我们说最高的。在英语里，你会说 the tallest 。一般情况下，最高的人只有一个，所以句子里通常都会有 the ！
tall ‑ tallest
就像加 ‑er 的规则一样，加 ‑est 的词有时拼法会有改变。如果单词已经以 ‑e 结尾，就只要加 ‑st。
nice ‑ nicest
如果单词以辅音‑元音‑辅音结尾，最后的辅音要双写。
big ‑ biggest
如果以 ‑y 结尾，先改成 i ，然后加 ‑est！

我们已经学过如果一个形容词有一个音节以上（同时不以 y 结尾），像 expensive ，当在说更贵时，就不能直接加 ‑r 或 ‑er， 而要说 more expensive 。
同样道理，在说最贵时，不能直接加 ‑est， 而要说 the most expensive 。
