Muy and mucho
Keep an eye on the difference between muy and mucho! Muy is used before adjectives.
Ellos se sienten muy molestos hoy.
They feel very upset today.
Meanwhile, mucho is used with verbs and nouns.
Con esto tú vas a reírte mucho.
You're going to laugh a lot at this.
And while muy never changes, mucho can become mucha, muchos, or muchas depending on the noun that comes after.
Ellos compraron muchas cosas.
They bought a lot of things.
¿Me veo bien?
Ver means to see, but verse means to look!
Verse might look a little funny, but it’s the combination of ver plus a little word like me, te, se, or nos.
Nosotros queremos vernos elegantes.
We want to look elegant.
Tú te ves mal hoy.
You look bad today.
