To give a command to people you address as tú, simply drop the final ‑s! For people you address as usted or groups, change the final vowel.
Usted trabaja. Señor, ¡trabaje, por favor!
Ustedes trabajan. ¡Trabajen!
Words like te, se, lo and so on go at the end of the command.
