In English, we say you should have called. In Spanish, you say deberías haber llamado.
Debería haber hecho más pasta.
¡Me podrías haber llamado!
To talk about something you suppose is probably true, you can say habrá sido or debe haber sido.
Habrás viajado muchísimo, ¿verdad?
Debes haber viajado muchísimo, ¿verdad?
In the subjunctive, he ido becomes haya ido.
Dudo que hayan ido al cine.
