Adjectives
If you're talking about a plural noun, add s to the adjective too!
La femme est contente.
The woman is happy.
Les femmes sont contentes.
The women are happy.
J'aime mes parents !
In English, we say my brother and my brothers. But in French, if you have more than one brother, words like my and your change!

Introductions
Can you introduce us? Use c'est for one person, and ce sont for more than one person.
C'est ma mère.
This is my mother.
Ce sont mes parents.
These are my parents.
