When you have a form of de before the noun, as in Je veux du chocolat, you can use en in the same way.
Sarah, tu manges de la viande ?
Sarah, do you eat meat?
Oui, j'en mange parfois.
Yes, I eat it sometimes.
Je n'en mange pas !
In negative sentences, en can mean any. In this case, en will go directly before the verb.
Est‑ce que tu veux du chocolat ?
Do you want chocolate?
Non merci, je n'en veux pas.
No thank you, I don't want any.
Il n'y a plus de lait !
Remember, il n'y a pas de means there isn't any. Now, you can use il n'y a plus de to say there's no more!
Il n'y a plus de beurre.
There's no more butter.
Il n'y a plus d'œufs.
There aren't any more eggs.
Il n'y a plus de lait dans le frigo.
There's no more milk in the fridge.
