J'en ai beaucoup !
Remember that en means some, as in Il y a du thé, et j'en ai. To specify just how much you have, you can add a quantity after the verb.
Tu as des timbres ? Oui, j'en ai dix.
Do you have any stamps? Yes, I have ten.
Ma sœur économise de l'argent, mais mon frère en dépense beaucoup.

Tu as beaucoup de chaussures parce que tu en achètes trop !
You have a lot of shoes because you buy too many!

Whether you use un or une before another depends on the noun's gender!
Tu as un manteau et tu en as acheté un autre.
You have a coat and you bought another one.
J'ai une robe, mais j'en veux une autre.
I have one dress, but I want another one.
J'ai un jeans, et j'en achète un autre.

Got any change?
We've seen that word order in French is often flipped! To talk about some amount of money, you can use billet de or pièce de, followed by its value.
Tu as des billets de cinq euros ?
Do you have any five‑euro bills?
Je cherche une pièce de cinquante centimes.
I'm looking for a fifty‑cent coin.
