Devi parlare italiano
You can use the verb dovere if you want to say must or to have to in Italian.

Keep in mind that you'll use an infinitive after dovere.
Devi mangiare qualcosa.
You have to eat something.
Lui deve parlare inglese.
He has to speak English.
Io devo andare adesso.
I have to go now.
Non posso!
To say that you can do something, use the verb potere.

Keep in mind that you’ll use an infinitive after potere.
Lei può venire con noi.
She can come with us.

Use the verb volere to say what you want.

Like for dovere and potere, you'll add an infinitive after volere.
Noi vogliamo viaggiare insieme.
We want to travel together.
Io voglio andare all'estero.
I want to go abroad.
