It’s nice to be nice to other people! When doing something for someone else, you can use after the person.

You use words like いつも and よく to indicate how often you do something in Japanese.

あまり
When you use the word あまり with ‑ません, it shows that you don’t do something very much.
彼女はあまり走りません
She does not run very much.
音楽はあまり聞きません
(I) do not listen to music very much.
