Please don’t do that!
When you ask someone to not do something in Japanese, you combine the plain form verb with ない and でください.
ほかの人にお金をかさないでください
Please do not lend money to others.
毎日さんぽするのをやめないでください
Please don’t stop taking walks everyday.
Stop it!
The word やめる can be used to mean both quit and stop.
あしたかいしゃをやめます。
I will quit the company tomorrow.
じゅぎょう中マンガを読むのはやめてください。
Please stop reading manga during class.
