て Form
The て form of a verb is very useful! For example, we use て form with ください to nicely ask someone to do something, like in the sentence 座ってください.
For verbs that end with ‑します, you make the て form by replacing the ‑します with ‑して.

For verbs that end with ‑います or ‑ります, remove that ending and add ‑って!

For a verb that ends with ‑きます, replace that ending with ‑いて.
