There can be so many different options in life! When listing things or providing alternatives, you can use ou in Portuguese.
Eu não tenho carteira, relógio ou chaves.
I have no wallet, watch or keys.
Ele come frango ou peixe.
He eats chicken or fish.
For listing things that you don't do, use nem.
Eu não leio nem escrevo.
I neither read nor write.
