Excuse Me!
To get the attention of a stranger or someone you don’t know well, add 请问 (qǐngwèn) before the question you want to ask.
请问,你叫什么名字?
(Qǐngwèn, nǐ jiào shénme míngzi?) Excuse me, what is your name?
请问,你是李老师吗?
(Qǐngwèn, nǐ shì Lǐ lǎoshī ma?) Excuse me, are you Teacher Li?
再 (zài) for requests
If you want to ask someone to do something again, use 再 (zài) before the verb!
请再问一次。
(Qǐng zài wèn yí cì.) Please ask the question again.
再说一次。
(Zài shuō yí cì.) Say it again.

In English, we say I know her but She knows me. In Chinese, words like I and me are always the same.
她认识我。
(Tā rènshi wǒ.) She knows me.
我认识她。
(Wǒ rènshi tā.) I know her.
他们认识她们。
(Tāmen rènshi tāmen.) They know them.
