How do you get to…?
To ask how to get to a place, add (dào, arrive) before a place (for example, 你的, dào nǐ de jiā, to your home) and then 怎么走 (zěnme zǒu, how get to).
医院怎么走
(Dào yīyuàn zěnme zǒu?) How do you get to the hospital?
你的怎么走
(Dào nǐ de jiā zěnme zǒu?) How do you get to your home?
Where? with 哪里 (náli)
You already know how to use (nǎ) to ask which questions, such as 你是国人? can also be combined with to mean where, similar to 哪儿 (nǎr, where). In fact, 哪里 (náli, where) and 哪儿 (nǎr, where) are interchangeable.

Where is the cat?
To say The cat is in front of you in Chinese, you’d say (māo, cat) + (zài, be located) + 你的 (nǐ de, your) + 前面 (qiánmiàn, front).

Walk towards the left​
To say walk toward a certain direction in Chinese, you’ll say (wǎng, towards) before the direction and then add (zǒu, walk).​
左边。​
(Qǐng wǎng zuǒbiān zǒu.) Please walk towards the left (side).​
右边。​
(Qǐng wǎng yòubiān zǒu.​) Please walk towards the right (side).​
前面。​
(Wǎng qiánmiàn zǒu.) ​Walk towards the front (side).​
