Noodles or rice?
Use 还是 (háishì, or) to mean or when you’re offering someone multiple options. Notice that there is no need for at the end because 还是 implies a question.
你要面条还是米饭?
(Nǐ yào miàntiáo háishì mǐfàn?) Would you like noodles or rice?
她想吃羊肉还是牛肉?
(Tā xiǎng chī yángròu háishì niúròu?) Does she want to eat lamb or beef?
