In Chinese, words like 先生 (xiānsheng, Mr.) or 小姐 (xiáojiě, Miss) come after someone’s last name, not before!
李小姐是我们的经理。
(Lǐ xiáojiě shì wǒmen de jīnglǐ.) Miss Li is our manager.
王先生，认识你很高兴！
(Wáng xiānsheng, rènshi ní hěn gāoxìng!) It is a pleasure to meet you, Mr. Wang.
李先生，这是王小姐。
(Lǐ xiānsheng, zhè shì Wáng xiáojiě.) Mr. Li, this is Miss Wang.
